Yes. We dispense NHS prescriptions free of charge for eligible patients, with safe and secure nationwide delivery direct to your home or care setting.

Yes. We can dispense both NHS and private prescriptions, delivered directly to your address.

We offer several ways to manage your prescriptions:

  • Through the NHS app
  • By speaking to your GP surgery and nominating Quilliam Care as your preferred pharmacy

Yes. All NHS prescriptions are delivered free of charge across the UK. Private prescriptions may incur a delivery charge, which will be confirmed when you place your order.

As part of our NHS contract, we provide a range of services, including:

  • Medicines use reviews (MURs) and advice
  • New Medicine Service (NMS) support
  • Public health campaigns (e.g. cancer awareness, vaccinations, antibiotic resistance)
  • Advice on common conditions (via Pharmacy First where eligible)

No. As a Distance Selling Pharmacy, we are not allowed to provide face-to-face, walk-in services at our site. All patient interactions are carried out remotely.

We use tracked delivery services with tamper-proof packaging. Deliveries requiring refrigeration are sent in insulated packaging with temperature monitoring.
